(For Small Group Programs)

Class Registration & Payment Policy

Enrollment secures a reserved seat in a specific class time and group. Because space is limited, all registrations are final.

Schedule Changes

Students may request to switch to another group only if space is available.

• If transferring to a higher-priced class, the student is responsible for paying the difference.

• If transferring to a lower-priced class, no refund or credit will be issued.

• One class transfer per session is permitted.

Missed Classes

Group classes are sold as a complete program. Missed classes are not refundable.

Make-up lessons or private sessions may be offered at the school’s discretion but are not guaranteed and do not create account credits.

Refunds

All group class enrollments are non-refundable once the session has begun.

Before the session begins, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee of $100.
